At SomniSleep, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, used sleep masks and earplugs cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at somnisleepofficial@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the item and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

We will work to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used sleep masks.

  • Used earplugs.

  • Items damaged due to misuse.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).
